Slightly frustrated with a lack of updates sent about the order, leaving me having to call up, but my sofa was sent JUST outside the 10 day window due to the couriers being a bit slow to pick up but they delivered basically a working day later. HOWEVER, it was totally true to colour vs the site (under appreciated when buying online), B Star the courier were great when they arrived and carried it up 3 flights without complaints and unpacked and put the legs on. Great service overall.

Items are priced highly competitively which encouraged me to place 2 orders. I learned it’s a family run business so communication is not the same as if ordering from a large corporate, nonetheless very happy with my items and the outsourced delivery team were in and out quickly despite having to lift heavy items up two flights of narrow stairs, they were very considerate. What an absolutely amazing company - their Customer Service is second to none. I found some items I wanted for my newly renovated kitchen/diner.
